It is important for those with asthma to learn to identify the sensation of chest tightness and heavy pressure on the chest in order to be able to let someone know if there is a problem. ​ Asthma attacks can be triggered by a variety of environmental factors, including but not limited to: exercise, certain foods and medications, cold and the flu, pets, dust mites and roaches, trees, grasses, molds, weeds, smoke, paint and perfumes. Symptoms of ADHD include trouble concentrating, paying attention, staying organized, and remembering details. 6.5M Close to 6.5 million children between the ages of 4-17 have been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder.
